RMA (Return of Merchandise Policy) |
Please read below for your return policy. You must have an RMA number to return merchandise, so please fill out our form at Request a RMA. Be sure to attach any photos or videos that help illustrate that the item has not been damaged while in your possession. After you receive your RMA number you must return items to AirSplat.com within 45 days or less. In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:

To receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number you must go email Support@AirSplat.com. If you are requesting an RMA# for multiple items on an order, please include them all in your email. After submitting the request you will be contacted within 24 hours via email. Mail all returns to 28904 Avenue Paine, Valencia, CA 91355. You must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box, along with your packing slip and a detailed explanation of the defect within 45 days of receipt. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to process a return after it is received. You will be contacted via email as soon as the return has been processed.
